The medication and treatment adherence program is designed to educate clients of Hispanos Unidos about their medications and treatment. The program’s adherence nurses’ aim is to help clients remain linked to healthcare services and adhere to their treatment regimen. The adherence nurses monitor clients’ disease progression and address any significant adverse changes or shifts in clients’ health.
